Lynn Winterberg

Director of Employment services, Easterseals Midwest | co-creator

Lynn Winterberg earned her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with and emphasis in social work and special education from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. She began her career 25 years ago as a supervisor at a sheltered workshop. Over the last 22 years, Lynn has progressed through several roles at Easterseals Midwest including: training, quality, community supports, day services, and employment. Lynn is currently the Director of Supported Employment.


Ann Schad

Autism Specialist, Easterseals Midwest, L.C.S.W | co-creator

Ann Schad has served in the field of social work for nearly 36 years, 28 of those years have been devoted to Easterseals Midwest. She received her education and a variety of fieldwork experience at Missouri State University. Ann has worked with children and adults with autism in various capacities with the agency. 

Currently, Ann teaches a structured social skills program (LINK) to individuals in the ES+ Program, conducts pragmatic language assessments and therapy, as well as ongoing training and support. 


Judy Goldford

Manager of Client Services, Easterseals Midwest | Co-Creator

Judy Goldford has dedicated 26 years of service to Easterseals Midwest. She began her career at Easterseals as a job coach, and for the past 25 years she has served as the Manager of Client Services. Judy provides family navigation to individuals with developmental disabilities – including autism, and their families, helping them to access programs and resources that meet their needs. Judy has a bachelor’s degree in special education. 


Jen Hyde

Supported Employment Manager LINK, Easterseals Midwest | Co-Creator

For over 12 years, Jen Hyde has been supporting individuals with developmental disabilities – including autism, to work in the community. Jen earned her bachelor’s of professional studies from Missouri Baptist University, with a concentration in education. She joined Easterseals Midwest in 2006, starting as a temporary summer employee and advancing to several other roles including: job coach, job developer, and currently, as a supported employment manager. Jen has used her experience to assist in the development and implementation of the LINK Program, helping individuals with autism pursue employment.
